If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and cancellation. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
Interpretation and Definitions
For the purposes of this Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to JSK LEX PRIVATE LIMITED, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
- Goods refer to the items (courses and digital content) offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
- Service refers to the Website / LexMagister learning platform.
- Website refers to LexMagister, accessible from https://lexmagister.in/.
- You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which you enrolled in the course.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, either by emailing support@lexmagister.in or by visiting our Contact Us page.
Conditions for Refund
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- The course was purchased in the last 30 days.
- Courses with a duration of only 30 days are not eligible for any refund.
The following conditions must be fulfilled for the refund:
- You should inform us in writing in clear terms the reasons for cancelling and requesting a refund for the said course.
- The reasons informed to us should explain what expectations we could not match as advertised before enrolling in the course.
- You should attend the course for at least one week (7 days) before seeking cancellation and refund.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.
Course Access
Course purchases are one-time payments and do not renew automatically. Access remains available for the validity period shown on the course page, subject to the refund conditions above.
GST
All prices listed are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). 18% GST is applied at checkout in accordance with Indian tax law and is shown separately on your invoice. Refunds, where applicable, will include the GST component originally charged.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via our payment partner Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank.
